- Solution design
Within 2 business days, you get a written solution design with what we'd build, a fixed price and a delivery date. You decide whether to go ahead.
- Build and setup
We build the solution and set it up in the tools you already use where possible.
- Handoff
We walk you through everything we build. You own your accounts and your data.
- Ongoing support
An optional monthly plan covers questions, fixes, maintenance and updates.

We use AI agents in our own work for research, documentation and testing, the same way we help clients use them.
Your information.
The audit. Text conversations with Sam are saved so our team can review them. Voice conversations are transcribed, and we don't keep the audio. Sam doesn't need passwords, payment details or customer information, so leave those out.
Access to your tools. When a project needs access to your tools, you add us as a user. You never share your password, and you can remove us at any time.
