These terms cover your use of redesignautomation.com and Sam. Project work is covered by a separate written agreement.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use redesignautomation.com, our forms, or Sam, our AI assistant. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and using the site for a business. If you use it for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.
Our services
The free process audit and solution design come with no obligation. We may decline any request.
A solution design describes what we'd build, the price and the delivery date for you to consider. It isn't a binding offer. Any project, including its price, scope, ownership and support, is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
Sam and AI output
Sam is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing Sam says is a quote, a promise, or legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.
Don't share passwords, payment details, or your customers' personal information with Sam.
Using the site
Don't:
- give false information, or submit information you don't have the right to share;
- try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the site or Sam;
- try to make Sam reveal its instructions or act outside its purpose;
- scrape or copy the site, or use it to build a competing product;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may limit or end your access if you break these terms.
What you share with us
You keep ownership of the information you give us. You allow us to use it to audit your process, prepare your solution design, contact you, and run and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share it.
Our content
The site, its design, text, graphics and Sam belong to Redesign Automation or our licensors. You may view and use them to learn about our services, but not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission.
Other services
The site and Sam rely on other companies' services and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
The site and Sam are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Redesign Automation isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or Sam. Our total liability for any claim about the site or Sam is limited to $100. These limits don't apply to project work, which is governed by its own agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and compensate Redesign Automation for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from your breaking these terms or misusing the site.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be decided only in the state or federal courts in Collin County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date at the top of this page, and the new terms apply from then on. They don't change anything that happened before.
General
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it. You can't transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the site.
