This policy explains what information Redesign Automation collects through redesignautomation.com and our AI assistant Sam, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect

We don't ask for passwords, payment details or your customers' information through our website or Sam. Please leave those out of your conversation.
How we use it
- To audit the process you describe, prepare your solution design, and contact you about it.
- To deliver and support any project you hire us for.
- To send you emails you'd expect, such as a confirmation after you talk with Sam.
- To measure and improve our ads, including through Meta (see Advertising and cookies).
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Sam, our AI assistant
Sam is an AI assistant, not a person. Before a conversation starts, we ask you to confirm that you understand this and agree to the conversation being saved or transcribed.
Sam runs on ElevenLabs. In a voice conversation, your audio is processed live to create a transcript. Neither we nor ElevenLabs keep a recording of the audio. In a text chat, your messages are saved.
Our team reviews transcripts to audit your process and prepare your solution design. Sam's answers are generated by AI and can be wrong; nothing Sam says is a quote or a commitment.
Advertising and cookies
When it's enabled, the Meta Pixel on our site and Meta's Conversions API tell Meta when someone visits a page or submits our form. For form submissions we send Meta your email address and first name in hashed form, along with your IP address, browser type and Meta's cookie IDs. Meta uses this to measure our ads and decide who sees them, and may combine it with what it knows about you across other sites. Some state laws treat this as "sharing" personal information or "targeted advertising".

Opting out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta Pixel or send your details to Meta. You can also email hello@redesignautomation.com to opt out, and manage your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. We don't respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
How long we keep it
- Contact details, transcripts and consent records: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client information: for as long as our written agreement says, or as long as we need it to support your project.
- ElevenLabs keeps conversation transcripts for 30 days.
- We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we have about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop using it for targeted advertising.
Email hello@redesignautomation.com from the address you gave us. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, and we'll respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask them for proof that you authorized them.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll respond within 45 days. If you disagree with our decision, you can contact your state attorney general.
We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Security
We limit access to your information to the people who need it, use providers that encrypt data in transit, and keep our database closed to public access. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee that your information will never be accessed without permission.
Children
Our site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email hello@redesignautomation.com and we'll delete it.
Where we operate
We're based in Plano, Texas, and serve businesses in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you by email or with a notice on our site.
