Owner dashboard
Revenue, jobs, leads, reviews and cash on one screen, pulled from the apps you already use. Any number opens to show what's behind it.
What it does.
- 1
It connects to the apps you already use.
Your accounting software, CRM, calendar and Google Business Profile, plus a shared spreadsheet for anything kept outside an app.
- 2
The numbers fill one screen.
Revenue, jobs, leads, reviews and cash, each shown next to the week before.
- 3
A number that slips turns orange.
When new leads fall behind last week, the dashboard shows where the drop came from.
- 4
Every number opens the records behind it.
Choose New leads to see each lead, where it came from and whether anyone has replied. Any lead opens in your CRM.
What changes for you.
One place to check the business.
Sales, jobs, leads, reviews and cash sit side by side, so you check one screen instead of each app.
Nobody copies numbers by hand.
Each number comes straight from the app that holds it, so the screen stays current without a weekly spreadsheet.
A slipping number gets noticed early.
When a number falls behind the week before or your target, it turns orange while there's still time to act.
Every number shows its detail.
Open a number to see the invoices, leads or jobs it counts, and open any of them in the app it came from.
How we build it.
- Explain.
Tell us which numbers you check today and where you find them, by voice or text.
- Map.
We map each number to the app that holds it and how often that app can share it.
- Design.
We design the screen, the comparisons and the point where a number turns orange.
- Build.
Approve the design, and we build it on the apps you already use, where they allow it.
Questions.
Doesn't QuickBooks already have a dashboard?
Yes, for your books. QuickBooks shows profit and loss, expenses, invoices and bank balances, and if those are the only numbers you check, it may be enough. We build the screen that puts them next to numbers from your other apps, such as new leads from your CRM, jobs from your calendar or job software, and reviews from your Google Business Profile.
Which numbers can it show?
Any number your apps hold, such as sales, unpaid invoices, new leads, booked jobs and reviews. We pick the handful you'd act on with you, in the solution design. Anything kept outside an app, such as weekly targets, can come from a shared Google Sheet. Reviews need Google to approve access to your Business Profile, which requires a profile verified for at least 60 days.
How often do the numbers update?
As often as each app allows. Invoices, payments and leads can update within minutes. Website visits from Google Analytics arrive several hours later. The screen shows when each number was last updated, so you know how current it is.
Can my team see it?
Yes. Each person gets their own login, and you choose who sees which numbers. A manager can see jobs and leads without seeing the bank balance.
What does an owner dashboard cost?
The price depends on what we build. We quote the work before anything starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
