Review requests
Asks every customer for a Google review when a job is done, and drafts a reply to each new review for you to approve.
What happens after each job.
- 1
A job is marked done.
When a job or sale is closed in the app you already use, a review request is scheduled on your timing.
- 2
Every customer gets the same request.
A short text or email with your Google review link, and one reminder if no review comes in.
- 3
A new review comes in.
It's matched to the job, and you get a notice as soon as it's posted.
- 4
A reply is drafted for your OK.
Edit it or post it as it is. Replies go out only when you say so.
What changes for you.
Every customer gets asked.
The request goes out after every finished job, so no one is skipped on a busy week.
Requests go out while the job is fresh.
Customers hear from you soon after the work, on the timing you set.
Every review gets a reply.
A draft is waiting for each new review, good or bad.
Requests follow Google's rules.
Every customer is asked the same way, and no one is offered anything for a review.
How we build yours.
- Explain.
Tell us how you finish a job today and how you ask for reviews, by voice or text.
- Map.
We map each step from a finished job to a reply on the review.
- Design.
We design the request, its timing and the reply drafts around your business and your Google Business Profile.
- Build.
Approve the design, and we build it, connected to the tools you already use where possible.
Questions.
Does it follow Google's review rules?
Yes. Google doesn't allow asking only the customers likely to leave a good review, so every customer gets the same request. Nothing is offered for a review either. Google bans discounts, gifts and payment for reviews, and the FTC bans rewards tied to a positive review. You can also give customers a private way to send feedback, alongside the Google link.
Will replies post without me?
Only if you choose. Each reply is a draft until you approve it. To post replies for you, Google has to approve access to your Business Profile, and the profile needs to have been verified for at least 60 days. Until then, you paste the approved reply into your profile.
Can requests go out by text?
Yes, by text, email or both. Texts go only to customers who agreed to get them, every text includes a way to opt out, and replies of STOP are honored. US carriers require business numbers that text through software to be registered, which is called A2P 10DLC. We handle the registration as part of the setup.
Doesn't my job software already do this?
Some job and booking apps can send a review request when a job is closed. We build what they leave out, such as a drafted reply to each new review, requests that start from whichever app marks the work done, and a record of who was asked and who left a review.
What do review requests cost?
The price depends on what we build. We quote the work before anything starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
