Speed-to-lead replies
Every new lead from your website or ads gets a text and an email right away, then a person on your team takes over.
What it does.
- 1
A new lead fills out a form.
It comes straight in from your website, your ads or a lead email, at any hour.
- 2
A text and an email go out within a minute.
Both name what the lead asked for and offer times to talk.
- 3
The lead replies, and a teammate takes over.
Your rules choose who follows up. They get the thread, a short summary and a text alert.
- 4
You see how fast every lead was answered.
Each lead shows when the first reply went out and when a person picked it up.
What changes for you.
Every lead hears back right away.
The first text and email go out at night, on weekends and on busy days, with no one at a desk.
The reply answers what they asked.
It names the service from the form and offers a next step, such as times to talk.
The right person picks it up.
When the lead replies, your rules assign a teammate, who gets the whole thread.
You see how fast each lead was answered.
A report shows when the first reply went out and when a person picked the lead up.
How we build it.
- Explain.
Tell us where your leads come from and what happens when one arrives, by voice or text.
- Map.
We map each lead source and who should follow up, step by step.
- Design.
We design the first text and email around your services, hours and team.
- Build.
Approve the design, and we build it on your forms, ads and business number, connected to the tools you already use where possible.
Questions.
Which leads can it reply to?
Leads from your website forms, Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google Ads lead forms, and sites that send leads by email. Lead sites that offer a direct connection, such as Thumbtack, can be connected too. We confirm each of your sources in the solution design.
How fast does the first reply go out?
Within a minute for leads from your own website. Facebook and Instagram can take up to a few minutes to pass a lead along, and the reply goes out as soon as it arrives.
Am I allowed to text someone who filled out a form?
Yes, when the form asks for permission. We add a consent line to your forms and keep a record of each lead's consent. Every text includes a way to opt out, and replies of STOP are honored. US carriers also require business numbers that text through software to be registered, which is called A2P 10DLC, and we handle that as part of the setup.
Doesn't my CRM or form tool already do this?
Many form tools and CRMs, such as HubSpot, can send an automatic email when a form comes in, and for some businesses that's enough. We add the text from your business number, a reply written around what the lead asked, the handoff to a person and a report of response times, connected to the CRM you already use.
What do speed-to-lead replies cost?
The price depends on what we build. We quote the work before anything starts, and you decide whether to go ahead.
