Doesn't my training app already do this?
Often, yes, because many training apps build courses and quizzes for the phone, and some draft lessons with AI. If yours fits how you work, your solution design says to turn it on. We build when lessons must come from your own documents and recordings with your approval, or when hands-on work needs a supervisor's sign-off. We also build when records need the fields a standard asks for, or when pricing by team size stops fitting your team.
What happens when a procedure changes?
When a procedure changes, tell us and we draft a new version of the lesson from it. It waits for your approval, you choose who has to take it again, and past records keep the version each person signed.
Can it hold the safety training our industry requires?
It can keep the lessons, quizzes, supervisor sign-offs and a note of live sessions, with the record fields your standard lists. You or your safety advisor decide what training is required and write or approve the safety content, and we keep the records. Some standards also call for live questions and answers or a hands-on evaluation, which an online course alone doesn't cover.
Where are the training videos kept?
Videos you record are stored privately with us and are set to play only inside your training, with captions you check before anyone is assigned. Videos already on your YouTube, Vimeo or Loom account can be shown as they are, and we tell you who can see an unlisted link.
What do I need to have?
Your procedure documents and videos, or access to where they live in Google Drive, SharePoint or Notion. A phone video of someone doing the job well is enough. We also need your staff list with roles and work emails, who approves lessons, which courses each role takes, due dates, pass marks and which tasks need a supervisor's sign-off.
Where is my data kept?
Your information is kept in a database set up only for your business, never shared with another client's.
What do training courses cost?
The price depends on what we build, and your solution design includes a fixed price for the build. Nothing starts until you decide to go ahead, and the process analysis and solution design are free. Running costs such as AI drafting, video storage, email and hosting are covered by a monthly plan sized to your business and expected usage. Optional support is separate, and your solution design lays out both before you decide.
