Posts start from your real work.
Photos you tag in your photo app can start a draft where its access allows it. So can a few photos and a line that you or your crew text to your posting number, or an offer from your own list.

A draft is written in your voice.
The caption follows your past posts, your services and the words you never use. Photos are sized for each channel, and the draft suggests a time. Any photo our check flags for a face, a house number or a license plate waits until you confirm the customer agreed.

You approve it from your phone.
The draft arrives by text with the photo. Reply YES to post it or SKIP to drop it, or tap the link to change the words or swap the photo. Each text has a way to opt out by replying STOP. Nothing posts without your yes, unless you choose to auto-approve a type of post.

Approved posts go to your Facebook Page and Instagram at the time you set. One calendar shows what's waiting for you, what's scheduled and what went out. If a post fails, you get a text.

Questions.
Doesn't my social media app already do this?
Partly, since many social media apps schedule posts to Facebook and Instagram and some help write captions. If you already post and only need a calendar or caption help, your solution design says to use the app you have, and we build nothing. In the apps we checked, someone still starts each post by picking the photo, writing or prompting the caption and setting the time. We build when posts should start from your finished work and photos, with your approval by a text reply.
What do I need to have?
You need admin access to your Facebook Page and an Instagram business or creator account, granted through Facebook's or Instagram's own sign-in screen, so you stay the owner and we never hold your passwords. If Facebook asks you to complete Page Publishing Authorization, you do that first. For photos, you can text them in, or we connect your photo app or a shared Google Drive folder where that app's access allows it. We also need a few past posts you like, your services, your area, current offers and any words you never use.
What about photos of customers and their homes?
Our check looks for faces, house numbers and license plates in every photo. A photo it flags is left out until you confirm the customer agreed, and auto-approve never posts a flagged photo. You set your own rule for photos taken inside customers' homes. Drafts don't make up customer quotes, and a customer's words appear only when they're real and the customer agreed.
Who gets the approval texts?
You, and anyone else you name as an approver, once they agree to get them. Each text has a way to opt out by replying STOP. US carriers require businesses that send texts from software over ordinary 10-digit numbers to register, which is called A2P 10DLC. We handle the registration as part of the setup.
Where is my data kept?
Your information is kept in a database set up only for your business, never shared with another client's.
What does social media autopilot cost?
The price depends on what we build, and your solution design includes a fixed price for the build. Nothing starts until you decide to go ahead, and the process analysis and solution design are free. Running costs such as texting, AI usage and hosting are covered by a monthly plan sized to your business and expected usage. Optional support is separate, and your solution design lays out both before you decide.
