Lead capture and routing

Customer requests from your website, Google Ads forms, Angi, Thumbtack and lead emails land in one list and go to the right person.

Free process analysis, with your solution design within 2 business days.

From a new request to the right person.

  1. 1

A request comes in from wherever customers ask.

Your website forms, Google Ads lead forms, Thumbtack and Angi connect directly. Sites that only send an email, such as Yelp, come in from that email, with the details it includes.

  2. 2

It lands once, matched to anyone already there.

Each request is added to your CRM or job software where it lets outside apps add them, or to a simple list we build if you have none. When the same person asks twice, it becomes one record, matched by phone or email where the source shares them.

  3. 3

Your rules give it a score and an owner.

You choose what counts, such as the service, the area, the source, the size of the job, your hours or who handles what. You can change a rule yourself in a settings screen.

  4. 4

The right person gets an alert, and you see every request.

The alert goes by email, or by text to team members who agreed to texts. Texts say to reply STOP to opt out, and we register your texting number for A2P 10DLC as US carriers require. Your own view shows every request by source, owner and status.

What changes for you.

  • Your requests land in one place.

Every source we connect feeds one list, so new work shows up in one place instead of across separate apps and inboxes.

  • Repeat requests join one record.

Someone who asks twice from two places becomes one record when the source shares their phone or email.

  • The right person gets each one.

Your own rules decide who handles which service, area or size of job.

  • You see where your work comes from.

One view shows every request by source, owner and status.

How we build yours.

  1. Explain.

Tell us where your customer requests come from and who takes them today, by voice or text.

  2. Map.

We map each source, how its requests reach you and how you decide who takes each one.

  3. Design.

We design the connections, your scoring and assignment rules, the alerts and your view of every request.

  4. Build.

Approve the design, and we build it, connected to your sources and your CRM or job software where they allow it.

Questions.

Doesn't my CRM or job software already do this?

Sometimes, yes. Many CRMs and job software apps bring in requests from some sources, such as their own forms, an ad platform or a marketplace. If yours already covers every place your requests come from, your solution design says to turn that on. We build when some of your sources aren't covered, when you want your own scoring and assignment rules, when the same customers come in from several places, or when you want one view of every request.

Which sources and software can you connect?

Your website forms, Google Ads lead forms, Thumbtack and Angi connect directly. Yelp and other sites that send requests by email come in from those emails, with the details each email includes. If your CRM already brings in your Facebook lead ads, they keep arriving there, and your solution design says whether they can join your list. Requests then go to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Housecall Pro or GoHighLevel where your plan lets outside apps add records, or to a simple list we build if you use none.

Can it tell when the same customer asks twice?

Yes, where the source shares their phone number or email. Some sources, such as Thumbtack and Yelp, can hide a customer's real number or email, so for those we match on the name and the source's own request number.

What do I need to have?

Start with a list of every place your requests come from, with a few real examples of each, such as forwarded emails or screenshots. We need access to the accounts we connect, such as your Google Ads account, a Thumbtack connection you create with an address we give you, and your Angi ID so Angi's team can set up theirs. You add a filter in Gmail or Outlook that forwards only lead emails to us, and on Microsoft 365 your admin may need to allow forwarding outside your company. An admin approves the connection to your CRM or job software, and you tell us who takes what today.

Will it text my customers?

No. This solution sorts and assigns requests, and replying to customers is a separate solution, Speed-to-lead replies. Alerts to your team can go by text to team members who agree to texts, with a way to opt out by replying STOP. US carriers require businesses that text through software from ordinary 10-digit numbers to register, which is called A2P 10DLC, and we handle the registration as part of setup.

Where is my data kept?

Your information is kept in a database set up only for your business, never shared with another client's.

What does lead capture and routing cost?

The price depends on what we build, and your solution design includes a fixed price for the build. Nothing starts until you decide to go ahead, and the process analysis and solution design are free. Running costs such as hosting, email and text alerts are covered by a monthly plan sized to your business and expected usage. Optional support is separate, and your solution design lays out both before you decide.
