Online booking
Customers book a time that fits the job and pay a deposit if you ask for one. Bookings land in your calendar, or in job software that allows it.
Free process analysis, with your solution design within 2 business days.
From a free time to a paid booking.
- 1
Customers see only the times that fit.
They pick a service and enter their ZIP code. Times come from your calendar or, where it allows it, your job software. Then your rules apply, such as how long each visit takes, the area you cover and who can do the work.
- 2
A deposit holds the time.
If you ask for one, they pay through your own payment processor, such as Stripe, Square or QuickBooks Payments. Your cancellation policy shows first, and no one else can take the time while they pay.
- 3
The booking lands where you work.
It arrives in your calendar, or in your job software where it lets outside apps add bookings, with the service, the team and the deposit marked paid.
- 4
Customers can move it from a link.
The confirmation and reminder carry a link to change or cancel, and the freed time opens for the next customer. Reminders go by email, and by text to customers who agreed to texts, with a way to opt out by replying STOP.
What changes for you.
Customers book without calling.
They pick a time at any hour, from your website or a link you share.
Every booking fits the job.
Longer jobs get longer times, and addresses outside your area can't book.
Deposits come in before the visit.
They're paid into your own account, after your cancellation policy is shown.
Bookings don't get retyped.
Each booking goes into your calendar, or into your job software when it lets outside apps add bookings.
How we build yours.
- Explain.
Tell us how customers book today and what decides which times work, by voice or text.
- Map.
We map where your schedule lives, the rules behind each time and where deposits are paid.
- Design.
We design the booking page, the rules, the deposit and the messages customers get.
- Build.
Approve the design, and we build it on your website or as a link, connected to your calendar or job software where your software allows it.
Questions.
Doesn't my booking app or job software already do this?
Often, yes. Many booking apps and job software take online bookings, and some take deposits. If yours fits how you schedule, your solution design says to turn it on. We build when your times depend on several rules at once, such as job length, your area and who can do the work, or when a booking has to become a job in your job software with the deposit paid through a different processor.
Which calendars and apps does it work with?
Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, plus job and booking apps that let outside software add bookings. Some of them only allow it on a paid plan, and we check your plan first.
How do deposits work?
Customers pay through your own payment processor, such as Stripe, Square or QuickBooks Payments, and the money goes straight to your account. Card details go to your processor and never reach us. The amount can depend on the job, and your cancellation and refund policy shows before they pay and again in the confirmation.
Who gets text reminders?
Only customers who agreed to texts on the booking form. Everyone else gets email. Every text includes a way to opt out, and replies of STOP are honored. US carriers require businesses that text through software from ordinary 10-digit numbers to register, which is called A2P 10DLC, and we handle the registration as part of the setup.
Can it go on my current website?
Yes. It can sit on a website we build, be added to your current site where your platform allows it, or be shared as a link in texts, emails and your Google listing.
What do I need to have?
A one-time sign-in from each person whose calendar sets your times, an admin login for your job software if you use one, your own payment processor account and your cancellation and refund policy in your words. For text reminders, we also need your business details for the carrier registration. If you don't have a processor, you open a Stripe account and we connect it.
Where is my data kept?
Your information is kept in a database set up only for your business, never shared with another client's.
What does online booking cost?
The price depends on what we build, and your solution design includes a fixed price for the build. Nothing starts until you decide to go ahead, and the process analysis and solution design are free. Running costs such as texting, email and hosting are covered by a monthly plan sized to your business and expected usage. Optional support is separate, and your solution design lays out both before you decide.
