Scheduling and dispatch
We build software that suggests who takes each new job, puts each person's day in order and tells customers when you're on the way.

From a new job to a finished one.
- 1
Each new job shows who can take it.
When a job comes in, the board checks it against your rules for skill, area, hours and drive time. It suggests who should take it and says why the others can't.
- 2
You confirm, and it lands on their day.
Confirm the suggestion or move the job to someone else. It goes onto their day, and into your job software where it lets outside apps update jobs. The customer gets the arrival window by email, or by text if they agreed to texts, with a way to opt out by replying STOP. We register your texting number for A2P 10DLC as US carriers require.
- 3
Each day is put in order around fixed times.
Stops are put in order for less driving, keeping fixed appointment times, arrival windows and breaks. Each person sees their day on their phone, and each stop has a button that opens directions in Google Maps.
- 4
Customers hear when you're on the way and when it's done.
When the previous job is marked done, or when they tap On the way, the customer gets an on-the-way message with an arrival time worked out from the drive. A done message follows when the job is finished. Texts go only to customers who agreed to texts, with a way to opt out by replying STOP, and everyone else gets email. We register your texting number for A2P 10DLC as US carriers require.
What changes for you.
Jobs go to someone who can do them.
The board checks skill, area, hours and drive time before it suggests anyone, and you confirm the pick.
Days are planned for less driving.
Each person's stops are put in order around the times you promised customers.
A long job doesn't have to wreck the afternoon.
When a job runs long or a new one comes in, the rest of the day can be planned again.
Customers know when you're coming.
They get an arrival time when someone heads their way, without anyone stopping to type it.
How we build yours.
- Explain.
Tell us how jobs get assigned today and how customers hear from you, by voice or text.
- Map.
We map where your jobs live, who can do which work, the areas each person covers and which jobs have fixed times.
- Design.
We design the assignment rules, the order of each day and the messages customers get.
- Build.
Approve the design, and we build it into your job software where it lets outside apps update jobs, or as a board over your calendar or sheet.
Questions.
Doesn't my job software already do this?
Many job software apps have a dispatch board, route planning and an on-my-way text, and one or two people with a few stops a day and no set times may only need map directions. If yours fits how you work, your solution design says to turn it on, and we build nothing. We build when your rules go past it. That might mean choosing who takes a job by skill, area and drive time, ordering a day around fixed times, on-my-way messages that send themselves, jobs from more than one place, or no job software at all.
Does it assign jobs on its own?
No. It suggests who should take each job and why, and you or your office confirm it or move the job to someone else.
Do you track where my team is?
No. Arrival times are worked out from the drive between stops, not by tracking anyone's phone. If you want live GPS tracking, many job software apps and vehicle trackers offer it.
Who gets the status texts?
Only customers who agreed to texts, for example on your booking form or as recorded in your job software, and everyone else gets email. Every text says to reply STOP to opt out, and replies of STOP are honored. US carriers require businesses that text through software from ordinary 10-digit numbers to register, which is called A2P 10DLC, and we handle the registration as part of the setup. If your job software already sends its own on-my-way or done text, we set it up so only one of them sends and customers don't get both.
What do I need to have?
We need admin access to your job software, or each person's Google or Outlook calendar, or your job sheet. Some job software only lets outside apps connect on its higher plans, and we check yours first. We also need your people with their skills or licenses, areas, hours and start and end points, plus your job types, how long each takes, which have fixed times and some past days of jobs to test the rules against. For texts, we need how customers agreed to them and your business details for the registration.
Where is my data kept?
Your information is kept in a database set up only for your business, never shared with another client's.
What does scheduling and dispatch cost?
The price depends on what we build. Your solution design includes a fixed price for the build, and nothing starts until you decide to go ahead. The process analysis and the solution design are free. Running costs such as hosting, drive-time data, texting and email are covered by a monthly plan sized to your business and expected usage, optional support is separate, and your solution design lays out both before you decide.
