Service plans and memberships

We build a sign-up for your maintenance plans or memberships that bills each member through your own processor, plus one list of every member's visits, payments and renewals. When a visit is due, the member gets a link to book it.

Free process analysis, with your solution design within 2 business days.

From sign-up to renewal.

  1. 1

Customers see the terms before they pay.

They sign up on your website or from a link you send. The price, what's included, how it renews and how to cancel all show before they pay through your own processor, such as Stripe or Square. Card details go to your processor and never reach us.

  2. 2

Every member is on one list.

Each member shows with their plan, address, visits still owed, payment status and when the plan renews. Payments update it from your processor, and booked visits from your calendar or from job software that lets outside apps read them.

  3. 3

Members book a visit when it's due.

The reminder links to the times that fit, and the visit lands in your calendar, or in job software that lets outside apps add it. Texts go only to members who agreed to texts, with a way to opt out by replying STOP, and the rest get email. We register your texting number for A2P 10DLC, as US carriers require.

  4. 4

    Payments run on schedule.

Your processor charges each plan when it's due. When a card fails, the member gets an email with a link to update it, and members on yearly plans get an email before the plan renews. You see both on your list.

What changes for you.

  • Plans bill on schedule.

Each member is charged through your own processor, and the money goes to your account.

  • You know what every member is owed.

One list shows each member's plan, address, visits left and payment status.

  • Members book their own visits.

A reminder comes when a visit is due, with a link to the times that fit.

  • Members know what they signed up for.

The terms show before they pay, yearly plans get an email before they renew, and cancelling takes a few steps online.

How we build yours.

  1. Explain.

Tell us what your plans include and how you keep track of members today, by voice or text.

  2. Map.

We map where plans are billed, where visits get booked and where your member list lives now.

  3. Design.

We design the sign-up page, the member list, the reminders and every message members get.

  4. Build.

Approve the design, and we build it, connected to your processor and your calendar or job software where each one allows outside connections.

Questions.

Doesn't my job software or payment processor already do this?

Often, yes. Some job software includes service plans with visit reminders, and many payment processors bill subscriptions with their own page to cancel. If yours fits how you sell plans, your solution design says to turn it on. We build when billing, visits and booking sit in different tools, or when members should book their own visits.

Can a plan include repairs?

We build plans made of scheduled maintenance visits, such as tune-ups, cleanings and inspections. In Texas, a plan that also covers repairs or replacements for a separate fee can count as a service contract, which has its own state registration rules, so your lawyer clears its terms before we build its sign-up. We show the terms you give us and don't write them.

What happens when a member cancels or a card fails?

Members can cancel online in a few steps, and on a monthly plan nothing more is owed after they cancel. When a card fails, the member gets an email with a link to update it, and the new card goes straight to your processor, never to us. You see failed payments and cancellations on your member list.

Who gets texts?

Visit reminders go by text only to members who agreed to texts, and everyone else gets email. Every text says members can reply STOP to opt out, and we stop texting anyone who does. Renewal notices go by email, and any plan offer goes by text only to customers who agreed in writing. US carriers require businesses that text through software from ordinary 10-digit numbers to register, which is called A2P 10DLC, and we handle the registration as part of the setup.

What do I need to have?

A Stripe or Square account in your business's name, or a Stripe account you open and we connect. We also need your plans in writing with prices and renewal and cancel terms, your current member list and access to your calendar or job software. For text reminders, we need which members agreed to texts and your business details for the carrier registration.

Where is my data kept?

Your information is kept in a database set up only for your business, never shared with another client's.

What do service plans and memberships cost?

The price depends on what we build, and your solution design includes a fixed price for the build. Nothing starts until you decide to go ahead, and the process analysis and solution design are free. Hosting, email and texting are covered by a monthly plan sized to your business, with optional support separate. Card fees, and any fee your processor charges for billing plans, stay on your own processor account.
